Our Training Plans

We offer distance plans based on your desired goal, each plan will be adjusted to your goals and fitness level, training sessions will be released weekly on training peaks based on sessions you complete, take the quiz below and allow us to suggest the best plan for you

5K Training Plan – 12 Weeks/3 months to Your First Finish Line

KD 30

Perfect for: Beginners or those getting back into running

Ready to become a runner? This 12-week plan is your first big step — literally! Whether you're starting from scratch or just looking for a fresh goal, this program blends walk-run intervals, gentle progressions, and rest days to help you build fitness, confidence, and joy in movement.
By the end, you'll go from “I’m not sure I can” to “I just ran 5 kilometers!

10K Training Plan – 20 Weeks/5 months to Double Your Distance

Perfect for: 5K finishers OR new runners aiming directly for 10K

You’ve finished a 5K, or maybe you're ready to leap straight into a bigger goal — the 10K is within reach! This plan is designed for runners who may have never completed a 10K before, but are ready to build the stamina and structure needed to cross that milestone. Over 16 weeks, you’ll gradually increase endurance, improve pacing, and finish your first or fastest 10K with confidence.

Half Marathon Plan – 32 Weeks/8months to the Dream Distance

Perfect for: Committed beginners with a base or 10K finish under their belt

Running 21 km may sound intimidating, but with this smart and steady 8-month plan, you’ll build the body, mindset, and rhythm you need to cross the finish line with pride. The half marathon is a milestone distance, and we’ll get you there one stride at a time — with patience, positivity, and progress.

Marathon Plan – 40 Weeks/10 months to the Ultimate Challenge

Perfect for: Ambitious first-timers with a solid 10K or half marathon base

This is the real deal — 42 km of challenge, growth, and transformation. Our 40 -week marathon plan is designed to respect the process. No shortcuts. No hustle culture. Just structured progression, smart recovery, and total belief that you can do hard things. Whether you run, run-walk, or just aim to finish strong, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Custom Plan

KD 70

Perfect for people who prefer constant coach support and follow up, and a plan that is based on a fitness goal rather than a distance, prices for the custom plan start at KD 70 a month and are available  in 2 and 3 months membership types with reduced monthly fee.
